Boundless Recruitment Event
Each year Citadel sponsors a networking night for young women studying STEM at the Grace Hopper Conference. From directional signage to interview questions, we applied Citadel’s strightforward, ambitious, and confident tone with a chess theme to honor the keynote speaker, Judit Polgár, and inspire these gifted STEM students to dream big.

Event invitation
We sent a select group of promising young women at the Grace Hopper Conference invitations to join Citadel for night of networking and career inspiration.

Attendees learned more about the night’s events, the speaker, and RSVPed through a custom landing page.
Interview
The main feature of the night was a fireside chat with the greatest woman chess player of all time, Judit Polgár. We wrote interview questions that wove together Judit’s pioneering experience in the male-dominated chess world with Citadel’s commitment to taking smart risks, while offering young women advice on navigating STEM careers.
